Read on! As a Client Service Associate you can expect to:Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act.Intake, screen, organize and process new & existing accounts allowing advisor to focus attention on the items that require his personal attention, and ensure all activities are captured, scheduled, and completedStay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activitiesKeep up to date on the advisor’s priorities and projects, goals, and timelinesProcess, schedule, and oversee projectsCoordinate the advisor’s calendar availability; appropriately blocking time and coordinating commitmentsEfficiently and productively follow procedures for various business and life events for clients and prospects from beginning to endCritical thinking and approaches in day-to-day client needs and communicate with advisor when appropriateRespond to and confer with advisor regarding client inquiries regarding general account servicingService client accounts/portfolios, both in person, over the phone, and behind the scenesCreate and distribute general and individual informational mailings to clientsProcess client paperworkFollow systems to track and set up investment transfersUpdate contact management systemElectronically file client statements, correspondence, agreements, and so forthAnticipate advisor's needs and handle them proactivelyReview statements provided by clients and input information in financial planning softwareSchedule conference calls with clientsSchedule and prepare for client meetings; debrief meetings; and perform necessary follow upComplete and update procedures manualAssist with event planningSupport marketing effortsQualifications for this role include:Associates degree is the minimum required, College degree is preferredFINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license a plusMinimum of three years of experience in an administrative role in the financial services industry is requiredMinimum of three years of experience in a client-facing role is requiredExcellent communication and relationship management skillsStrong computer desktop skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.), financial planning softwareSuperior organizational skillsTechnology-forward and internet savvyAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and efficiency; able to multitask, manage multiple projects at onceAbility to learn quicklyDemonstrated job stability and career progressionGet in touch today so that we can get to know you!
