Our Client Services team is the frontline in building strong client relationships. The Account Supervisor leverages exceptional communication, strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive success. Independently Lead and Direct Accounts:

Ensure quality delivery, high client satisfaction, and financial growth with minimal supervision.Financial Management:

Forecast monthly and annual budgets for assigned clients. Develop and administer clients’ budgets based on accurate estimating, tracking of hours, out-of-pocket expenses, and reconciliation against estimates. Raise client awareness when changes in client direction affect budgets.Contract and Financial Tools:

Maintain deep knowledge of client contracts and their potential effects, using all necessary financial tools for effective account management.Problem Solving and Decision Making:

Use experience and judgment to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they escalate. Solve client issues, moderate conflicts, and influence management decisions.Category Expertise:

Experience in quickly learning about a new industry and the steps to take to understand the industry, market dynamic, consumer behavior and key trends.Strategic and Tactical Planning:

Identify broad issues while driving process and details. Conduct high-level analysis of category, research, and competitive data. Collaborate with team members on strategic development and demonstrate passion for the brand.Creative Development and Production:

Develop creative and media briefs. Manage the production of client-approved marketing tools, and take responsibility for writing and preparing marketing communications plans and proposals.Client Relationship Management:

Build trusting relationships with key client counterparts, positioning yourself as a strategic partner offering added value. Ensure frequent, positive contact with important clients.Brand and Agency Advocacy:

Serve as a brand champion, ensuring focus on brand strategy and positioning across all stakeholders. Communicate the client’s point of view while also representing the agency to facilitate positive interactions and outcomes.Communication and Documentation:

Present complex data and messages clearly and compellingly to clients. Ensure clients are kept informed on all account activities, with timely and accurate written reports and documentation.PERFORMANCE METRICS:

Client & team member satisfaction.Client retention and organic revenue growth according to set targets.Deliver flawless, on-brand work within schedule and budget constraints.Ensure account profitability and strategic growth.Qualifications

:

5-10 years of experience in client services/account management within an advertising agency.Proven experience in independently managing production processes in addition to relationship/client management, account planning, social media strategy, and multi-channel marketing.Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage and grow client accounts with minimal supervision.Strong understanding of agency operations, financial management, and strategic planning.Experience in Healthcare, Franchise, and Financial Services is a plus.Ability to develop holistic marketing strategies for B2B and B2C communications.Skills:

Proven leadership with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.Exceptional presentation and writing skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, and innovative problem solver.Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with both client and agency goals.This position has the ability to work 40% of the time remotely.
