is looking for a qualified Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our Adult Outpatient team in downtown Tacoma, WA.We offer:

Provide case management and chemical dependency services to enrolled consumers at CLR. Work may be in the clinic and/or community depending on consumer needs. Serves as a member of the organization that welcomes, engages, and serves individuals with complex wellness needs.Responsibilities:Provide chemical dependency assessments and outpatient services for consumers seeking substance use treatment in the Reinvent Recovery Program.Provide clinical case coordination working within a multi-disciplinary team for consumers.Provide case management services as defined in consumer treatment plans.Provide group therapy as defined by program needs.Coordinate services with other program staff, consultants, relevant agencies, and individuals (e.g., DOC, hospitals, Congregate Care Facilities, etc.).Complete paperwork in a timely manner.Keep records up-to-date and in compliance with WAC, Title XIX, and agency requirements.Attend treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and designated staff training and consultation sessions.Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:SUDP accreditation. Will consider SUDP/T with initial 50 hours of supervision.Demonstrated ability to work with mentally ill and/or substance-abusing individuals in the community.WA State credential/license. Both Agency Affiliated (or higher) and SUD Credentials required.Strong computer skills.Valid Washington State driver’s license; proof of insurance.Life Resources is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
