Eden House1025 Portland Ave SMinneapolis, MN 55404, USAThe Recovery Services Treatment Coordinator at RS EDEN shares responsibility for the development and implementation of treatment support and goal plans for each client, under the direction of the Director of Recovery Operations. This role involves ongoing assessments, monitoring, referrals, reporting, and maintenance of collateral contacts. The coordinator collaborates with Primary Counselors, Clinical Supervisor, Peer Recovery Specialists, and the Intake Supervisor to ensure necessary direct coordination service support.This position demands self-confidence, creativity, and discretion. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. The Coordinator must commit to ensuring that sessions are comprehensive, positive, and beneficial to clients, support agencies, and the community. A high level of crisis tolerance and the ability to handle crisis situations professionally and therapeutically are crucial.Pay ranges from $23-$25 per hourRESPONSIBILITIESAssist in implementation of treatment goal plans with each assigned client.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with community service providers across the Continuum of care.Assist clients in securing daycare/PICA and school transportation.Assist and support recovery services through recovery activities.Assist and support counselors in treatment planning, behavior management concerns and referrals for specialized services as needed.Assist in accessing mental health services for clients and their children.Provide individual treatment coordination services.Maintain contacts and attend meetings with collaborating agencies toward meeting client goals and progress.Monitor client activities and work assignments.Maintain treatment files on assigned clients/caseload.Maintain client records.Prepare and submit required reports to DHS.Attend and participate in weekly and quarterly staff meetings and trainings.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSRequired:A bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds facing multiple barriers to success.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.Experience with electronic health record systems.Current Tuberculosis screening.Ability to pass applicable criminal history/background checks.Two years free from issues related to chemical dependency.
