Assistant General Manager
to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team, you will help us

Management of day-to-day OperationsAbility to maintain guest confidence through prompt and courteous communication with guests and associatesProvide direction and training to all associatesSelect/assist in the selection of hotel associates, complete new hire paperwork, review associate performance and conduct personnel actions such as disciplinary actions and terminationsAssist in managing aspects of P&L by controlling costs and achieving budgeted CPORMonitor labor productivitySupport the sales efforts of the hotel and in generating revenue opportunitiesEducation & Experience:
Hotel Front Office & F&B Management experience highly preferredSuccessful hotel management experience is a must; progressive experience is desiredManagement and Systems experience within the Choice Brands is requestedMust be highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievementExceptional customer service skills requiredMust possess strong computer skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills requiredMust have a flexible work schedule with availability to work nights and weekendsOur Perks:
