ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProfessionally represent GH Phipps and effectively support Company strategic initiativesEstablish and foster positive long-term relationships with internal customers and business partnersExecute GH Phipps policies and proceduresEmbrace a lean culture and work environmentCultivate new and existing business relationships by actively engaging in client pursuits, RFPs, and project interviewsExecute GH Phipps’ operations policies and procedures throughout the construction processIs responsible for the following:RFIs, submittals, and mock-upsPermitting processThird-party testing and design-team field reportsDocument control (PE I, PE II)Archival of project information and closeout processesPartner with superintendent to develop and update schedule and manage project milestonesSafety preplanning, ILSM Plan, ICRA, and MOPsMaterial delivery scheduleManage the following:Project budgets, costs, and financialsPreparation and completion of AR/AP and billingsPreconstruction effortsMaintain excellent relationships with owner, design team, consultants, subcontractors, and project teamCoordinate pre-planning efforts with project teamPartner with superintendent to ensure compliance with company environmental, stormwater, and safety programsMentor and train direct and indirect reportsComplete adherence to alcohol and drug use policies set by the companyIn-person, predictable attendance at assigned locationEDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field requiredEXPERIENCEThree (3) to seven (7) years of general commercial construction experience requiredSKILLSProficient in CMiCProficient in BluebeamProficient in Microsoft products (Navisworks, Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to read project schedules in Primavera P6CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES REQUIREMENTSOSHA 30 Certification is requiredWELL AP Certification preferredLEED accreditation preferred but not requiredEMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTSVerifiable work references demonstrating exceptional accomplishments, leadership, and communication skillsSuccessful completion of post-offer background & drug screensThe salary range for this position is

$73,710 - $93,900
