TOTE Group knows great companies are built by great people who embody our company’s values and vision.This position provides clerical support for all Anchorage Teamsters positions operating under a clerical bargaining agreement in departments including but not limited to customer service, terminal operations, and sales.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain and qualify at multiple clerical positionsProvide assistance to all Anchorage departmentsRun reports as requiredOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School GraduatePass the TOTE minimum threshold testing prior to accepting a job call from Local 959Clerical office experience or training preferredMeet the federal training standards required for transportation workers within 90 days or as schedule allowsProof of COVID vaccination preferredComputer literate, with experience utilizing multiple software applicationsProficient in Windows and MS Office SuiteOther Essential Skills and AbilitiesGreat verbal and written communication skillsSkilled at utilizing multiple resourcesAbility to retain technical knowledgeAbility to perform with moderate stress or interruptions and adapt to changeAbility to follow procedure, checklists, and job instructions without direct observationAbility to collaborate and cooperate with colleaguesAbility to organize, prioritize, and take actionModerate problem solving and troubleshooting skillsTOTE Maritime is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Affirmative Action and a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
