Operations Manager

Position Responsibilities:Reporting to the VP Operations for an award-winning global logistics organization with 30+ years’ experience delivering quality logistics services to clients worldwide. Our client has expanded throughout the US to 19 offices with over 100 global affiliate partners.The Operations Manager is accountable for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and tracking of all import, export, and domestic transport shipments within our client’s operations department. Will be responsible for meeting KPIs and financial goals for the department and will make business decisions regarding choice of vendor, invoice amount, and profit margin. Additionally, will hire, on-board, and train new team members and will develop and implement opportunities for team growth.
