This includes following documented business procedures, collaborating cross-functionally, and cross-checking supplier submitted information to industry requirements and system information. This individual is an administrator of the BAE Systems Supplier Control & Management System including, but not limited to, the Approved Supplier List (ASL).This individual needs to have solid communication skills as well as the ability to engage across the organization in building effective relationships.Common role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Administration of the ASL accuratelyCross-functional engagement, particularly with ProcurementAdministration of Supplier Evaluations programReporting and communication to leadershipThis position is 100% remote and can be worked from anywhere in the greater 50 states.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degreeKnowledge and experience in Quality Management SystemsAbility to read, comprehend, and follow written proceduresHigh level of attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to prioritize tasks to ensure internal customer satisfactionStrong communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsOracle experienced userFamiliarity with supplier management systemsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $78,760 - $133,870Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
