What you will do
The Generative AI Technical Product Owner plays a pivotal role in helping Kenvue leverage artificial intelligence to address and streamline complex business challenges. This position involves working independently and leading projects of varying complexity by adhering to the company's project
management
methodologies. The role requires a proactive approach to integrating AI and Gen AI solutions across various business functions, regions and systems.
This role is for a strong technology leader that wants ample opportunity for career development and front-line business impact. This role leads both technical product and platform teams responsible for critical global Generative AI capabilities.
This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and excellent management skills to in order to shape and influence our generative AI landscape to live into the Kenvue "Digital First" vision.
Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with teams from different departments and functions to identify opportunities for Generative AIDefine the objectives and expected outcomes of AI projects, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing systems and practices and are rooted in value and impactDefine value capture methodologies in conjunction with business stakeholders to effectively track the impact of AI and Gen AI tools and solutionsKeep abreast of the latest trends, developments and capabilities in Generative AIEvaluate and improve business processes in relation to Gen AI applications, recommending enhancements when necessaryCommunicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developmentsDocument Gen AI processes and maintain records and support materials for ongoing and completed projectsManage Gen AI projects, ensuring they align with business goals and technology frameworksConduct thorough analyses to bridge any gaps between current operations and new AI functionalitiesDesign and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance business operations and solve problemsTrain users and ensure they are comfortable and proficient with new Gen AI tools and systemsAddress and resolve any issues raised by users and gather feedback to guide future improvements.
What we are looking for
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.Strong technical background with experience in software development, APIs, system integrations, AI, Data Science, or GenAI Solutions.Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Demonstration of strong collaboration skills is requiredDemonstrate experience to ensure appropriate effective communication across various organizational levels is requiredAgile frameworks knowledge (Scrum)Working understanding of IT development, architecture, and infrastructure concepts across a variety of functional domainsProven ability to lead teams onsite and offshore: Developing team priorities, balancing resources between operational support and enhancements, and ongoing prioritization of evolving business needsAbility to work independently and take ownership for results and to challenge the normExperience participating on cross-functional leadership teams, as well partnering on strategy with senior leaders to achieve specific business outcomesExperience supporting both platform teams and solution delivery teams is desiredExperience with AI or Generative AI capabilities

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $124,000 to $167,000.
