to join our

Product Management

team in

Billerica MA (USA)

to lead the development, commercialization and growth of assay kit and hardware components of the Simoa product portfolio. Responsibilities include guiding product strategy, development, commercialization, and life-cycle management, contextualized by market intelligence, all driven through a deep and direct understanding of customer needs. The candidate is expected to have a thorough understanding of global market dynamics in our target research market segments, and of the Quanterix product portfolio positioned in the context of the competitive landscape. It is important that the candidate works well in teams and this position requires excellent communication skills.YOU'LL DO:Create a clear vision for new product and new product launches within the Quanterix ultra-sensitive portfolio.Work closely with cross-functional teams, and own the customer success of new product introductions (NPIs). Responsible for revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and market share objectives.Serve as product champion with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and directly with customers including key accounts.Identify new product directions: work across functions to develop business opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction and develop, conduct and use voice of customer research.Support product planning in conjunction with engineering and field teams to deliver optimal service levels for products; analyze usability and customer preferences.Work closely with outbound marketing, R&D and commercial leads, and all stakeholders in the matrixed environment to translate your vision into commercial success.Write clear, testable and user-centric requirements that guide implementation.Guide feature ideation and development to support implementation.Develop insightful and impactful go-to-market launch plans.Represent Quanterix at scientific, medical, regulatory, business and other professional meetings.Collaborate with global marketing to develop and deliver product collateral.Model and strengthen culture of high impact collaboration, working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Product Development to expand and amplify the precision health ecosystem.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Master's Degree in Life Sciences.3+ years of experience working with a commercialized immunoassay or multiplex protein assay technology.Experience building financial models and quantitative market analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of experience in diagnostics market.Experience developing reagent and technology licensing agreements.Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration and negotiation skills, with proven ability to be assertive while building productive cross-functional relationships.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead through influence across the organizational matrix. Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail.

EXPECTATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Demonstrated effectiveness in marketing, product management, and/or strategy roles including leading market analysis, strategic planning, and new product development and commercialization required.
