The ideal candidate will strive to continuously evolve and improve their performance in order to provide a Four Diamond Level of service for all guests each and every day.Duties and ResponsibilitiesJob Qualifications1+ years' experience supervising high volume restaurant/nightclub, with direct reports.Knowledge and experience with Micros POS, Avero Slingshot, Coyle Secret Shoppers, Bevinco, Sevenrooms and Hotschedules a plus.Knowledge of service, service etiquette and standard service practices for full service restaurants and nightclubs.Knowledge of standard safety and sanitation practices for food and beverage service.ResponsibilitiesEnsure ROOF operations maintain or exceed service standards to enhance the brand, image, culture and values of theWit.Strong organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints with particular attentions to detail and quality of service, ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, associates, and hourly employees; effectively listen and administer instructions.Responsible for managing the operational efficiency, quality of service standards, noise levels and overall impact of the venue on guest satisfaction on the property.Communicate successfully at all times with ROOF Employees and Management, theWit Associates, senior executives, Fire and Health Inspectors, emergency service personnel, other outside vendors and high-profile guests.Provides exceptional guest service that differentiates us from the competition.Practice proper cash handling procedures and nightly reporting.VIP reservation database with Sevenrooms software.Lead Door Host team in street teams and promotions.Directly manage progressive table bookings and logging for Host team incentive packages.Provide hourly employee development and action plans.Ability to work all shifts, holidays, weekends and long hours.About the CompanyA uniquely different hospitality company, SMASHotels relentlessly pursues the finest talent, trends, and ambiances to create extraordinary experiences.
