Free base employee only medical insurance401K Retirement plans with a 4% match for all colleaguesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activitiesFun, elegant atmosphere with amazing colleagues!Key Responsibilities:Assist in leading and overseeing the FOH operation at George Restaurant, ensuring seamless service and unparalleled guest experiencesAssist in developing and executing innovative menus that showcase culinary creativity and align with the restaurant's concept and visionCollaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistently high food quality and presentationManage and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, setting performance standards and providing ongoing training and developmentDrive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, private events, and special promotionsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met and exceededMonitor guest feedback and implement strategies to continuously enhance the dining experienceUphold health and safety standards, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for guests and team membersCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure the seamless coordination of operations

QualificationsPrevious experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant settingStrong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues at all levelsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic and fast-paced environmentPassion for delivering culinary excellence and maintaining high food quality standardsProficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlIn-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and fine dining serviceFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredMust hold valid authorization to work in the USAFood Handlers Card and MAST permit - required
