As our Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Must hold valid authorization to work in the USAPrevious experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferredKnowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical requirements include:This job requires constant standing, walking, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs
