Job Details: Performance Marketing Manager
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing outbound marketing programs that generate new prospects and improve existing opportunities for the sales team. The marketing channels include, but are not limited to, email, direct mail, sales outreach, and virtual & physical events. This role will act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams, as well as central demand functions such as global/integrated marketing & data teams to develop highly-targeted audiences and multi-touch marketing automations for those audiences.Key Responsibilities
Email and Direct Mail Marketing, Sales Outreach Prospecting Assist.5+ years of experience in direct response outbound marketing.In-depth email, direct mail, or telemarketing experience (collaborating with our sales team on telemarketing strategy).In-depth marketing automation tool experience, e.g., Eloqua, as well as experience with Salesforce for lead management.Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand generation campaigns via internal resources and external vendors, e.g., Experian or D&B.Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.Comfortable multi-tasking and managing across stakeholders.Function
