You’ll assist the machine and forklift operators and general labor employees with their daily responsibilities. This role will be a part of our line structure team focused on being a process specialist.Job Details:Schedule: 5am - 5:30pm (rotating schedule, OT as needed)Responsibilities:Operate all machines on assigned production linesComply with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation requirements in work areaSupport employees and provide relief for breaksSupport and assist all employees in performing all Line Flavor, package change-over and sanitation as requiredAdhere to company standards; understand and adhere to all policies and proceduresAdhere to all Food Safety Requirements and take action as needed, which includes stopping the process and notifying the supervisorHave management system awareness and support the system as requiredPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageAbility to read, write and keep recordsGood communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as directed by the businessApply Now and Share a Coke with Swire!Swire Coca-Cola is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer that participates in the E-Verify program as required by law.
