What does a Retail Account Executive at Swire Coca Cola do?

The Convenience Retail Account Executive is responsible for a group of Convenience Retail customers assigned within Swire Coca-Cola, USA’s geographic territory. The Convenience Retail Account Executive is responsible for achieving key pillars including volume, revenue, profit, and share goals for the designated customers. Additional responsibilities include the daily execution of all company standards, pricing management, customer relations, managing customer commercialization calendars, forecasting, actively managing the Picture of Success (PicOS) and stewardship of business reviews in customer & corresponding Swire Region.

Responsibilities:Develop internal relationships with Sales Center teamsCollaborate with NAOU, KDP, MEC, BASN teams to develop winning brand, package, marketing, merchandising, and execution plans that deliver Swire Coca-Cola Budgets and overall Volume, Revenue, Profit, and Share goals. Communicate monthly activity via PicOSDrive In-Stock and Fill Rate ImprovementRoutine Transparency on Supply Chain & Internal Collaboration

Advanced understanding of the customer, their language and go-to business strategyConduct business reviews with customers to discuss performance and secure incremental activitySell-in innovation items as well as incremental SKUs, packages, equipment, and displays to increase Volume, Revenue, Profit, and Share goalsCollaborate with Commercialization and Shopper Marketing to develop custom programs and point of sale tied to Local AssetsCollaborate with the Director of Sales, Convenience Retail on both national and local business strategyResponsible for problem-solving for Supply Chain and Warehouse & Logistics or executional issues with the customer

Requirements:BA/BS or equivalent5+ years proven sales experience/customer management3+ years of beverage or CPG selling experience2+ years of sales operations experienceMargin Minder UXT, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, or Power Bi experienceUnderstanding of marketing and commercial activationCollaborating For Value and Collaborative Business Planning Skills preferredTravel required both within Swire geographies and total US on an as-needed basis

Base pay range is $78,494 to $103,023 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
