OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team and oversee daily operations in the food service industry. This is an entry-level leadership position. The ideal candidate will have some experience in food management and possess a desire to lead while working side by side with co-workers to ensure smooth restaurant operations during their shift. This position can be full time or part time. Overtime is not required but can be available.Duties
Manage and lead a team of staff members during shiftsEnsure excellent customer service is provided at all timesSupervise food preparation, presentation, and serviceHandle cash transactions accurately and efficientlyAssist in inventory control and ordering suppliesTrain and mentor staff on company policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work environmentUphold food safety standards and regulationsRequirements
