As a Product Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of our products within our network of clinics, independent providers' practices, and partner institutions. You'll be a champion for product adoption, driving user satisfaction and maximizing the positive impact on both providers and families.What You'll Do:

Data Champion:

You'll be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality multi-modal (video/audio) data collection across all our clinics, independent providers, and partner environments. This includes developing and implementing data collection protocols, monitoring data quality, and resolving any data integrity issues.Implementation:

You'll own the successful launch and ongoing operations of our products within these environments. This includes creating comprehensive training programs, ensuring proper staff onboarding on data collection procedures, and troubleshooting any implementation challenges.Customer Success Champion:

Build strong processes, SOPs, and relationships with clinic staff, independent providers, and other stakeholders is key. You'll proactively address their needs, gather feedback, and ensure they're maximizing the value of our platform, including its data collection functionalities.Data-Driven Decisions:

By analyzing the collected data in conjunction with user feedback, you'll identify areas for improvement and iterate on product features to enhance user experience and outcomes. You’ll own the implementation of appropriate tools and systems required to track data, interpret insights, and report out.Innovation Catalyst:

You'll be a key voice in identifying opportunities to expand Frontera Health's product offerings. Through user research and analysis, you'll help us develop new features and services that bring even greater value to providers, families, and ultimately, the children we serve.Communication Bridge:

You'll foster seamless communication between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams, ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed on data collection processes.The Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, project management) or equivalent experienceAt least 3-5 years of experience in product operations (including implementation, training, and user adoption strategies) in early stage and/or scaling environmentsA passion for innovation and a desire to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry, particularly in pediatrics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical abilities and a knack for translating data insights into actionable recommendations.Experience with data collection methodologies and best practices in a healthcare setting is a plus.Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data privacy principles is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willing to travel up to 25% to clinic/partner sitesBonus Points:

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
