We are looking for team members who are passionate about delivering industry-leading experiences to our customers and supplying turn-key solutions for any HVAC, refrigeration, critical environment, custom metal fabrication, energy performance, or specialty mechanical project.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, supplier selection, supplier relationships, fleet and asset management, and logistics.

What We Ask of You:

Directly oversee procurement, fleet, assets, inventory, and logistics management.

Establish inventory management systems to track levels and minimize excess inventory and stock outs.

Collaborate with project teams to forecast material and equipment requirements and coordinate delivery logistics.

Oversee an effective supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services.

Lead cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Design systems to measure market trends, industry developments, and supplier qualifications.

Provide supply chain KPI reporting to management.

Take a leadership role within the Peer Group-Supply Chain Focus Group to maximize financial returns through strategic supplier agreements.

Oversee Fleet and Logistics strategies, including compliance, safety, insurance, and centralized logistics.

Experience & Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, and equivalent work and field experience with a minimum of 10 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Purchasing.

Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is preferred.

Construction industry experience required.

10+ years of proven leadership, people management, and success in supply chain, procurement, fleet, and logistics.

Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives that drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence.

Proficiency in utilizing supply chain management software and tools such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and procurement platforms.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a structured fashion.

Must have the integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to represent the company in the most professional, positive manner.

Danforth offers a competitive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, 401(k), with company match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The estimated compensation range for this role is $100,000-$110,000. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location.
