The Area Manager will need to be flexible in their time schedule, and have their own vehicle, car and fuel allowances provided. Will need to be on call in case of an emergency at the buildings. Some computer knowledge is necessary. Past manager experience required. Very good communication skills and written skills are essential. Core hours are between 3pm and 12:30am although hours are flexible.Core Responsibilities

Train supervisors & employees in assigned job duties.Complete safety audits and conduct safety training.Responsible for all aspects of customer engagement and satisfaction.Identify and mentor employees to develop the next generation of leaders.Assign tasks to associates and inspect completed work to ensure company standards are met.Resolve employee problems or refer matters to Operations Manager.Investigate customer complaints, place customer complaint follow-up calls, document findings, and communicate a recommended action plan to the Operations Manager.Assist in the start-up of new accounts and provide information to management. Meet the customer.Responsible for checking the timekeeping system to verify employees are or have been at job sites.Conduct building inspections to maintain a quality level that meets the customer's and the company's standards.Follow and enforce all company policies.Review and help in management of budgets/staffing levels for all buildings within the realm of possibility.Why Join the Marsden Family?
