We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business results.

Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and meet client needs.

Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze account activity, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.

Conduct needs assessments and technical sales discussions with clients to understand their business challenges and identify potential solutions.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing coaching, guidance, and training to help them achieve their goals.

Analyze sales data and market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing timely and relevant updates on account progress and performance.

Skills

Proven experience in account management and sales, with a focus on technology sales.

Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients.

Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tools and platforms.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Strong understanding of the market and its trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with competitor activity and emerging technologies.

$60,148.60 - $97,727.35 per year
