ABOUT THE JOBThe Commercial Account Executive is responsible for the sale of the company's products and services, specifically OneStream XF, in a specified region or major geographical area and provides ongoing support to the product distribution channel. Please note, this role will require frequent travel.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSet the plan for the regionDevelop and adhere to business plans to achieve the visionForecast and track sales in the region.Conduct analyses to determine pricing and terms of related products and services within the current market and customer needs and preferencesCultivate new Commercial-level client accounts as well as maintain existing account relationships to achieve individual and team sales targetsConduct research into potential new clients to develop effective sales strategies in preparation for initial engagementFacilitate a high-profile presence in the market place through the development of long-term client relationships/partnershipsLeverage existing base of industry contacts and clients as points-of-access to promote OneStream products and servicesDevelop compelling collateral to support business development activitiesDevelop comprehensive proposals in response to client RFQ'sBe a leader of OneStream XF product knowledge and industry knowledge/trends

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCECollege diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience. (specialization in sales is preferred)Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a sales manager, sales representative or a related occupation specifically in B2B selling across the EnterpriseExperience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on premises, or hybrid solutionsExtensive customer service experience in assessing and evaluating customer needs and satisfaction and meeting specified standards with respect to products and servicesExceptional oral and written comprehension, communication and presentation skillsExperience demonstrating, promoting, and selling products/servicesKnowledge and experience with marketing/sales strategy and tacticsKnowledge of administration, business, and management principlesExperience with MS Office, as well as Customer Relationship Management software and other analytical or project management toolsExtensive experience working in a team environmentTrack record of exceeding revenue goals

Preferred Education and ExperiencePrior sales experience in the software industry, especially within the CPM/EPM industry
