Job DescriptionWe are conducting a search for an
Outside Sales Representative for Commercial HVAC & Mechanical Equipment
products for a client in the Baltimore area.
Use your local contacts in Greater Baltimore to service existing customers and develop new customers. You should be able to combine your technical expertise developed in plant maintenance (as a mechanic or millwright) or your sales experience selling rotating equipment to build relationships and business. The target markets are hospitals, universities, industrial, power, institutions, municipal water, and wastewater.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience selling rotating equipment, HVAC, Mechanical Equipment, and Machinery
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients and develop new customers
High school Diploma (GED) or greater
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong mechanical aptitude
