Strategic Sales Executive (Distribution / Warehousing / Fulfillment)The Strategic Sales Executive will drive the company’s growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships, with a focus on selling our client’s 3PL services. This role requires an independent and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the logistics and supply chain sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in the 3PL market. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business avenues.Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Monitor and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators. Continuously seek ways to optimize sales processes and achieve better outcomes.Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and client experience, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Contribute positively to the team environment.Generate leads through various channels, including trade shows, networking, referrals, and cold calling. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up with potential clients.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on 3PL services.Demonstrated success in securing new business and growing client accounts.Highly independent, self-driven, and results oriented. A team player who thrives in collaborative settings and is adaptable to changing priorities.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.Strong consultative approach, capable of understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.High energy and enthusiasm, with a positive and engaging personality.Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and internal teams.Competitive mindset, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
