Maintain External Vacuum Center
Keep location neat and always maintain car wash cleanliness.
Perform site and grounds maintenance (lawn care, site cleanliness, etc.)

What We Expect from a Tommy's Express Shift Leader:
A positive, friendly attitude
Develop, foster, and promote an environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction above all else
Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships.
Maintain our car wash, vacuum center and grounds for all customer needs.
Manage and lead a shift in the absence of an assistant manager.
Execute shift reports.
Oversee and count down the cash register at the end of your shift.
Rotate team members in and out of positions throughout your shift.
Handle warranty claims as needed.
Hold team members accountable during your shift.

Energetic, self-starter for a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to be trust-worthy
Experience leading in a similar capacity preferred
