Regularly inspect equipment, detergents, and drying to ensure the best possible wash quality and make improvements or escalate where neededOrder detergents and parts as needed with approval from site leaderHelp trouble shoot any issues on site regarding wash equipment, technology, and utilitiesPerform after-hours maintenance as neededComplete daily preventative maintenance by following the preventative maintenance checklist in the manager app.Schedule maintenance projects as needed and coordinate projects get done in a timely mannerMaintain vacuum equipment; monitor all hoses, gaskets, and nozzles and replace as neededLead larger scale equipment maintenance and repair projects.Coordinate with maintenance supervisor on the condition of the wash and if help is needed with projectsCoordinate with subcontractors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance needsContact support when help is needed and keep a timely eye on tickets that are being completedMonthly tool check and replacement upon site leaders approvalMonthly parts list check and replacement upon site leaders approvalSubmit monthly volumetricsManage facility maintenance including landscaping, sprinklers, snow removal, vacuums, and other facilities projects as neededServe as on-call team member for wash down situationsTrain new team members on the wash tech, safety, and vacuum concierge positionsTrain shift leaders and above on preventative maintenance and maintenance itemsStep in to work other positions if neededWork standard team member shifts as determined by Site Leader and Regional DirectorKeep inventory of tools and wash parts on siteKeep tool benches and work areas organized and cleanExemplify and uphold the WE OWN IT cultureOther duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is may be part or full-time. On average, part-time team members will work 16-24 hours a week, while full-time team members will work 30-40 hours per week. This position requires weekend work shifts.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:
Able to work in a fast pace environmentAble to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc.Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange informationAble to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.Able to work and commute in all weather conditionsAble to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
Travel
Travel to other Tommy's Express sites as needed.
