.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant area (Business, Security studies, Computer Science, Behavioral Science, or Criminal Justice)10+ years of relevant business area expertise in Counterintelligence (CI) Insider Threat programs, Information Assurance (IA), Security and/or Law Enforcement10+ years of experience managing personnel across multiple functional areas and a full range of contract and finance support functions10+ years of experience in technical project managementAppropriate ND 50-05/DoD 8570.01-M CertificationAbility to travel worldwideDemonstrated customer-service and goal-oriented behaviorsDemonstrated financial acumen managing projects/programsExcellent oral and written communication skills to include demonstrated experience briefing senior customer management and customer stakeholders.Ability to work under tight deadlines with changing prioritiesDemonstrated experience developing, measuring, and monitoring key performance indicatorsStrong analytic ability to evaluate programmatic IT data, resolve inconsistencies and propose solutionsDemonstrated experience leading performance-based and outcome-based projects and programsDemonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel, tasks, and projectsProven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer baseFamiliarity with IC and/or DoD IT architecturesExperience with IC and/or DoD acquisition policies and processes to include working knowledge of full cost recovery modelsExperience serving as a program manager leading and supervising a multi-disciplinary staff (75 person or more) of various levelsPMP or equivalent project management certification with 10+ years program management-specific experience, including subcontract managementPreferred Qualifications:ITIL v3 Foundation, or higher, certificationExperience with ServiceNowDemonstrated experience managing complex award fee projects/programsKnowledge of government working capital fund practicesAdvanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPointSecurity clearance requirements:Active and current TS/SCI with polygraph.Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management & customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
