You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people over the phone. The right candidate for this role will be someone who is dedicated to working East Coast hours, with the ability to make calls consistently beginning at 8 am EST and on some evenings between the hours of 4 -7 pm EST. This position is full-time, with a mix of in-office and remote work. Compensation Package includes Annual Salary, Bonus, PTO, and Healthcare.Responsibilities:

Outbound cold calling to convert leads to appointmentsPractice and follow best conversational practices to deliver the team value proposition and handle objectionsProduce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are metQualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needsDevelop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clienteleTurn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipelineUse CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing processQualifications:

Exceptional telephone skills—the ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phoneAbility to learn and internalize proven conversations and dialoguesSelf-motivated with a proven ability to succeedPositive attitude & mindsetAbility to analyze clients’ needs and wantsReal estate license a plus!Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsOver 1 year of experience generating real estate leadsCompensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
