Portland, ORJob Description:Pacific Coast Hospitality is searching for an ambitious and talented Restaurant General Manager to lead up this well-established (23 yrs. in business) restaurant brewery in beautiful Portland, OR. From the very beginning, on the cutting edge of the farm-to-table concept with all-natural Angus Beef that is raised on spent brewery grain and spring-fed pastures, and an organically managed garden producing an average of 5,000 lbs. of seasonal vegetables for the restaurant.This is an outstanding opportunity for the ideal candidate to grow an already dynamic business through multiple revenue streams, refine a comfortable and professional service program, and help build brand awareness through superior operations.Requirements:5 years’ plus experience working as a General Manager in the upscale, casual dining segmentHigher education a plusStrong communicator with proven ability to lead a team and improve performance standardsDemonstrated ability to lead all aspects of restaurant operations from hiring to product and service standards, sales growth, and financial resultsCasual, yet corporate experience/background preferredBUSY environment; candidate must have the energy and mental toughness to succeedHigh volume “foodie” experience a plusPassion for developing and mentoring a teamTrack record of achieving financial resultsSalary Range & Benefits:Salary – $60k – $80k (starting, based on experience level)Bonus Program / Profit Sharing based off unit performanceCompany Supplemented Health InsuranceAnnual Performance and Salary ReviewBalanced Work / Personal Lifestyle including PTO program
