The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) supports the work of the Hospital Disclosures Compliance (HDC) Unit within the Utilization and Disclosure Reporting Section. The incumbent will act as lead analyst and perform the most complex analytical tasks associated with various hospital reporting programs, such as Supplier Diversity, Community Benefit Plan, Chargemaster, Health Equity Measures, and Fair Billing Policies. Also, conducts advanced and complex analytical studies and serves as liaison with the hospital stakeholders, other branches, and the public.Working Conditions

HCAI offers a hybrid telework schedule with a combination of remote and in-office work schedules for CA residents only. The telework policy is subject to change, and additional in-office days may be required and/or minimal notification may be given to report to the worksite if an urgent need arises.
