Supporting the building of a high-quality sales opportunity pipeline for Business Development Managers within their respective client sectors, focusing on engaging with new potential clients.Contributing to the overall sales revenue and margin targets as determined by the business.Working within the existing BD team based and wider group marketing resources.Representing the business as a “point of contact” for all applicable opportunities in the active pipeline.Registering and assigning relevant pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and CPD events as required.Contributing to PQQ, ITT documents and processes as well as more informal bids.Attending Sales & Marketing meetings as required.Ensuring that the CRM system is updated daily where required.What does it take?If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Sales Support Co-ordinator, you’ll need…Excellent time management and organisational skills.Strong team ethos, self-starting, and enthusiastic.Clear and concise writing style.Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to multitask while maintaining an eye for detail.Ability to develop relationships and communicate at all levels within the business.Working arrangementsWe embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow.
