What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experienceFour or more years of project management experience in the Genesys Cloud Contact Center Services areaActive PMP certificationExperience with Genesys, Avaya, and IVR technologies (CPE)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, and Visio)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Eight or more years of project management experience in the Contact Center Services areaStrong program and project governance skillsExperience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologiesExpert-level client relationship management skillsGenesys technology certification
