Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 AnnuallyApplication Deadline: Oct 31, 2024Responsibilities of the Operations ManagerPrimary duties of this position will include:Understand and adhere to critical Service Level Expectations, monthly performance plans, and annual goals established by management and the Board of Directors.Oversee day-to-day operations of the credit union’s branch operations and facilities.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance workflow and mitigate risks, maintaining oversight of key technology and cybersecurity vendors.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and external audit requirements as it pertains to facilities and daily operations.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.Work closely with credit union personnel and key vendors to implement changes and streamline operations as required.Continuously assess and update operational procedures to align with industry best practices.Develop and maintain positive relationships with supporting organizations and critical vendors.Assist and identify needs in training and education to enhance performance.Critical responsibilities include:Manage the day-to-day operation of the credit union and establish office procedures to ensure that staff and facilities operate efficiently, promote products and services, provide outstanding member service, and achieve the goals of the credit union.Ensure that the credit union complies with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration, Minnesota Department of Commerce, and other regulatory agencies.Work in conjunction with the President and CEO to ensure that the reporting and compliance aspects of the Letter of Understanding and Agreement are met.Supervise a budget for the credit union that is consistent with the board-approved goals.Conduct meetings on a regular basis to ensure the dissemination of information, exchange of ideas, resolution of problems, discussion of trends, etc. Ensure that information is communicated throughout the credit union as required.Assist with federal, state, and supervisory audits. Ensure documentation and files are readily available for examinations. Discuss issues of concern with examiners for clarification and/or resolution.
