Become a part of our awesome team!Position Summary:The Business Development Account Executive will have industry experience in seeking new business opportunities and partnerships that result in the global expansion of the PRL Brand. This role requires an agile candidate that will hunt channel dynamics of the industry creating qualified alliances that capture the most profitable synergies boosting revenue and long-term business growth.Essential Functions:Brand Product Line and Market ExpertResearch, prospect, present and create marketing campaigns for existing and new clients in target geographic markets.Meet daily, weekly and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with exceeding KPI’sCreate and present strategic presentations to clients and targetsManage follow-up and prospecting pipeline to maximize conversion to qualified leads for the teamForecast, budget and meet annual sales targetsPrepare quotes and proposals for customers and responsible for other miscellaneous administrative dutiesAttend trade show functions and industry eventsQualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesContact potential clients through cold calls and emailsPresent our company to potential clientsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesCustomize product solutions to increase customer satisfactionBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls with (prospective) clientsStay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plansHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)Track record of achieving sales quotasFamiliarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor of Science Degree5-10 years of Industry experienceProven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar roleKnowledge in Nutrition and the Dietary Supplement IndustrySkills:Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.Experience in, or understanding of Media, Marketing or a related fieldPassionate about sales and is customer service centricPositive, persistent and competitiveCoachable and looking to continually improveWilling and available to travel when neededStrong Microsoft Office, social media, and application skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyIs a self-starter with solid follow-through and high attention to detailHas a basic understanding of marketingCreative and entrepreneurial mindset, interested in helping to build a business and be compensated according to performanceJob Requirements:Willingness to be based at the company’s physical location near Austin, Texas areaOccasional overtime as neededNo travel requiredEmployee Benefits:Paid Time OffCompetitive CompensationPaid HolidaysHealthcare insuranceDental and Vision insuranceLife Insurance401(K) retirement program with company matchHSA (Healthcare spending or reimbursement account)Employee product discountsA great company culture with a teamwork attitudeExcellent managers who really care about their staffJob Type:
