Position Summary:

The Brand Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and brand management across all consumer-facing and internal communication platforms. This individual will lead a team of designers and creative professionals to ensure a cohesive brand identity that aligns with the company’s values and business goals. They will work strategically to drive brand awareness and enhance brand perception while maintaining consistency in all visual and written communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the creative team to develop innovative branding concepts and ensure consistency across all channels.

Manage the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

Oversee brand design, messaging, and voice across all touchpoints, including digital, print, social media, and internal communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure brand cohesion in product launches and campaigns.

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that build brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity, using insights to adapt the brand strategy for growth and innovation.

Manage relationships with external creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and other vendors to deliver top-tier creative work.

Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence by all internal teams and partners.

Present creative and branding concepts to senior management, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize brand health and growth.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

8-10 years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or a related role, with a strong understanding of both creative and strategic brand management.

Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing brand strategies across multiple channels.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within consumer goods or digital-first companies.

Exceptional design sensibility and creative problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate brand vision to stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in brand strategy development, with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.

A strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and growth.
