Job Description:Saab, Inc. Training and Simulations (T&S) in Oceanside is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to manage inventory activities in support of the Marine Corps Training Instrumentation System (MCTIS). This position will reside at the Oceanside Maintenance and Logistics Facility. Our team is looking for a professional who is organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.Responsibilities Include:

Reports to the SAAB Oceanside Site Lead.Manages multiple types of inventories- Company-Owned, GFE, etc.Assists with Shipping and Receiving for both CONUS and OCONUS shipments.Manages the MCTIS inventory across the enterprise.Utilizes company systems to receive, store and manage inventory.Conducts regular inventory/property audits.Supports government inventory/property audits.Manages MCTIS Spares/Repair Parts accountability, and replenishment.Assists the Site Lead with anticipating and managing spare/repair parts requirements.Implements industry best practices regarding stores management.Compensation Range:

$76,000- $93,100The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.Skills and Experience:

Preferably Former USMC SNCO (SSgt or Above)Preferably 10+ years of experience in Warehouse, Supply or Logistics ManagementExperience with import and export shipping and receivingExperience with Government property management processes- GCSS, property books, etc.Experience with IUID/PIEE ManagementExperience utilizing automated inventory management systemsPreferably Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret ClearanceMust have a valid US Drivers LicenseValid U.S. PassportCitizenship Requirements:
