Expense Reimbursement Specialist
for a large banking client in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract role that is on a team managing expense reimbursements, auditing submissions, and enforcing policy adherence. The ideal candidate has 1+ years’ experience with expense reimbursement within a large enterprise organization. Please continue reading and apply if interested!Key Responsibilities:Assist with various projects and initiatives, including testing, research, and communication preparation.Help employees achieve performance goals and meet team objectives and service level agreements.Ensure compliance with bank expense reimbursement policies and risk management standards.Foster strong relationships with Corporate Accounts Payable and other business partners.Understand the broader impact of governance and control across different business functions.Analyze complex data and present concise, meaningful summaries to various audiences.Maintain adherence to relevant policies and procedures.Required Skills:Ability to support efforts related to goals and service level agreements.Proficiency in resolving escalations with associates at all levels.Knowledge of metric reporting, quality testing, and driving improvements based on findings.Flexibility in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities daily.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.Capability to manage projects and processes independently.Location:
