Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:ADI is seeking a Project Manager to lead the engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams across a number of silicon design projects supporting the Multi-Market Power Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efforts and communications between geographically distributed teams and customers, monitoring the individual projects through their Development Lifecycles while meeting customer goals. The role will be located in Wilmington, MA.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with functional stakeholders such as marketing, engineering, quality, and manufacturing to develop a clear definition for the projects that meet customer requirements and internal company goals.Work closely with business teams to develop any necessary contractual material (SOW, Quality requirements etc.) in support of the assigned projects.Work with the project team(s) and functional leadership to ensure the project schedule, budget, risk analysis and mitigation plans are aligned with project goals.Oversee the successful execution of the project(s).Manage the bounding box; schedule, scope, budget to ensure individual projects stay on track and within budgetary commitments.Continually evaluate project risks and take appropriate action to mitigate.Coordinate the day-to-day project activities, priorities, meetings, and communications ensuring alignment across all project or cross-functional teams, while optimizing performance at a project level.Serve as the focal point for project communications to ADI and customer executive management. Compile regular progress status for all stakeholders and effectively escalate critical issues and risks as necessary.Ensure the project is developed in compliance with specified internal ADI, customer or industry standards, processes and procedures.Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a technical or management discipline.Basic understanding of integrated circuits and semiconductors.Ability to work in a team and effectively communicate with peers and management.Organized and willing to maintain compliance with ADI project management standards.Strong planning and organizational skills; must be able to set and manage priorities, adapt to change, track progress of activities, issues, risks and deliverables to closure.A problem solver who is able to quickly assess situations, collect relevant information or input from subject matter experts and drive manageable solutions.Be creative and innovative. Demonstrate a willingness to explore new options to bridge project challenges or improve processes.A nature of staying focused on solutions and ability to remain positive even under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage the detail to the target audience.Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, foster teamwork and bridge differences to achieve the project goals.Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project.Any project management coursework or job experience is a plus.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
