Apply now for the opportunity to grow your career and help innovate ahead of whats possible Position Overview The Financial Analyst will support all financial aspects of the CCO office including planning and controlling the budget and report to the Senior Director of Finance. Responsible for working with the CCO staff and teams in assembling the annual budget and ensuring the teams are kept on spending track. Also involved with regional revenue planning. Ideal Skills and Capabilities: Comfortable working with Sales Management. Knowledge in enterprise software like SAP, Anaplan, and QlikView, PowerBI; demonstrated use in practice strongly preferred. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks within fast-paced, quickly pivoting situations. Demonstrated ability to build, manage and analyze financial models for business forecasting, variance and competitive analysis, historical financial analyses and problem solving. A self-starter with the ability to work well independently is also important. Can hold their ground, build sound data-based recommendations, and not be intimidated by others, while at the same time have executive presence and always building and strengthening relationships. Solid understanding of corporate financials. A sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm to take on new opportunities and tough challenges. Curiosity; Pushing for clarity on why a system, financial or business model operates the way it does and always having the drive for continuous improvement is paramount in this role. Position is suited for an ambitious career-oriented individual interested in exponential growth. Requirements: Degree in Finance/Accounting with a proven track record for excellence. Recent college graduate or early career professional (1-3 years experience).
