DescriptionJohnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Manager OE, Digital & Strategy to join our Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain organization

located in Wilson, North Carolina.This role may require periods of increased travel to support startup activities based on functional needs and project timelines. In some cases, this could involve frequent travel and/or short-term stays with vendors, sister companies, or partners. In steady state, we expect travel to beJ&J is expanding our manufacturing capacity with a $2 billion investment to support strong portfolio growth and continue delivering breakthrough innovation and transformational medicines for patients. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies, and implement process enhancements to optimize operations and maximize efficiency. Your role will involve analyzing data, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving change management efforts.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with site leadership to develop and align the operational excellence strategy with the overall organizational goals and objectives.Data Analysis: Lead a team to utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements.Process Optimization and Digital: Identify and evaluate operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across various departments.Lead the site digital strategy in coordination with platform and sector digital manufacturing strategy.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen events, and other improvement frameworks.Lead operational excellence team and oversee large-scale operational excellence projects from initiation to completion.Drive change management initiatives by engaging and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Lead site strategy development.Lead site digital team.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or relevant field.A minimum of 10 years supply chain experience that demonstrated ability to manage drive operational performance improvements.A minimum of 5 years of people management experience.Expertise in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies and tools (Master Black Belt/Black Belt certification preferred).Strong understanding of digital and manufacturing systems.Ability to shape and execute strategic initiatives.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change management efforts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data for informed decision-making.Project management experience, including defining project scope, managing timelines, and resources.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.A continuous improvement mindset and passion for driving operational excellence.This job posting is anticipated to close on 10/20/2024.
