The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing all phases of a construction project, coordinating the project team, and maintaining the project budget. Such duties may include:Coordinating subcontractorsDirect supervision of employeesMaintaining current construction documentsCoordinating project schedulePerforming customer relations activitiesPerforming any other assignments as directed by Project Manager or PresidentPreferred applicants will have 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
