Asplundh is looking for an experienced Bid Operations Analyst to help support and grow our Bid Operations team with a strong focus in Salesforce. You will be a key contributor in the company’s system modernization and analytics efforts. Join the internal cross-functional team tasked with delivering on Salesforce Sales Cloud and introducing Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ)Serve as the main point of contact for all Salesforce users including training and supportWork with team members to develop bid and training materials for the end usersDevelop and deliver team’s roadmap for digitizingSupport the bid process with documents and presentation creationsCommunicate regularly with our executives and other departmentsPreferred Qualifications:
Multiple years of experience using Salesforce’s Sales Cloud including reportingFamiliarity with Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ) product is beneficialExperience partnering with multiple departments and a large number of stakeholdersTalent for translating end user experience notes to the technical teamA passion for customer service and presenting the company in a clear and concise mannerTrack record of successfully driving organizational changeAbility to work in and deliver results with small project teamsPre-Screen:

Asplundh is the parent company of Asplundh Infrastructure Group whose subsidiaries provide overhead and underground line construction, planning and design, meter reading and AMR/AMI installation, electrical testing, and street lighting/traffic signal services.
