Develop and implement inventory control procedures and systems to maintain optimal stock levels for internal customers.Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking and stockouts, adjusting inventory policies as needed.Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with inventory records to ensure accuracy and integrity.Inventory Data Management

Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and trends.Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements, manage stock records, and forecast future needs.Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of inventory records.Business Unit Collaboration

Collaborate with the internal business units to forecast demand and plan inventory purchases.Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to enhance inventory management processes.Operational Efficiency

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline inventory management and reduce costs.Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Team Management

Supervise and train inventory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and development.Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and present inventory reports and performance metrics to senior management.Analyze inventory turnover and adjust strategies to optimize inventory levels and financial performance.Address and resolve inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes of variances.You’ll make an impact by:Responsible for the management and integrity of all company and customer-owned inventory across numerous fixed and mobile locations.Creating, implementing, and managing processes and procedures to drive inventory integrity, such as cycle counts, KPIs, etc.Investigating and resolving inconsistencies with inventory.Minimizing inventory loss by incorporating inventory control best supply practices.Working with project teams to establish and manage min/max levels on parts, materials, and consumables to support operations.Managing shipping and receiving processes and procedures of all equipment and materials to ensure inventory accuracy.Preparing detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.Evaluating new inventory to ensure its readiness for shipment.Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees within the warehouse.RequirementsYou’ll sweep us off our feet if you:

Have Power BI experience.Have Business Central ERP experience.Experience implementing 5S within the warehouse environment.What you’ll need:
