We are a rapidly growing innovation consulting firm seeking sales leaders who can drive revenue through enabling clients to reach their digital transformation outcomes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is focused on helping us grow our portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
New business development as well as co-selling opportunities with blue-chip partners.
Passion for helping clients accelerate their strategies around digital innovation, design thinking, and digital transformation.
Identification of RFP opportunities and prepare proposals to win new business across different industry segments. This will include but is not limited to building a strategic account list and maintaining a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple stakeholders across client organizations
Leverage industry knowledge to share insights about how a client can maximize business benefits
The successful candidates will have the following attributes and experience:
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years previous sales experience, building relationships in a consultative manner.
Strong outside sales experience ideally with enterprise consulting, enterprise software, or professional services.
Demonstrated history of sales results and strong work ethic
Experience developing a sales strategy and creating new sales opportunities
Experience selling or knowledge of design thinking and/or digital transformation services
Track record of building successful relationships with senior technology leaders to drive sales
Experience with end-to-end solution selling, expanding relationships from pre-sales through proof of concept.
Management of deals from $300k - $500k
