www.columbususa.comThe US base salary for this full-time position is $42-$63/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

Provides technical assistance developing and analyzing the organization's grant program:Assist staff to manage and coordinate the development and maintenance of the annual grant portfolio, and provide administrative support for the Grants Management Branch for the review of grant applications, and resolve issues pertaining to grant functions.Assist with reviewing grant applications and preparing responses for policy and regulatory compliance.Assist in analyzing and preparing reports to track the status of awards and funding.Create and maintain a database for grant activities, including data tables and spreadsheets and prepare summaries and reports based on findings and analysis.Perform queries, conduct analysis, and produce reports on grant management applications and systems.Provide support and routine updates to staff regarding issues that could cause grant awards to be late or delayed.Identify grants that are ready for final processing, monitoring the status of grant application proposal processing and receipt.Review and assemble completed documentation and identify pending issues or changes, resolving grant-related issues.

Required:Education: Bachelor's DegreeExperience: 1-7 yearsAdditional Qualifications:Certifications & Licenses: Academic Biomedical Research, Business AdministrationSoftware: Grant systems, SharePoint, MS Office, IMPAC IIField of Study: General Business, BiologySkills: Grant receipt and funding tracking, drafting summary statements, price/cost analysis, knowledge of 508 compliance policy, grants policy and regulations, grant administration.
