Gestion de patrimoine TDJob Description:The PCS Corporate Trust Advisor administers and retains assigned accounts including, Bond Trustee, Bond Registrar, Paying Agent, Escrow Agent and Custody.Depth & Scope:As a Level II Advisor, the Portfolio Revenue target is $750K-$1 millionParticipates in presentations to Clients to provide information on a variety of trust and financial servicesMonitors Clients' accounts, resolving problems and offering alternativesEnsures the accuracy and maintenance of Client records and files and updates information as neededCoordinates with more experienced staff, when appropriate to resolve more difficult Client issues, problems and requestsCommunicates regularly with Operations, Tax, Compliance and Sales personnel and other appropriate internal areas to give and receive updated Client informationEnsures proper administration of Company policies and regulatory guidelines and ensures coordination of servicesDevelops business plans with results based on activities identified and quantified to broaden and expand Client relationshipsIdentifies referral opportunities within book of business and engage PCS partners and internal/external contacts to close on those opportunitiesAttains predetermined annual sales, cross-referral and account retention goals through proactive Client contactAssists PCS team members with business development activitiesParticipates in department administration and committees as requiredEvaluates issues, problems and opportunities in department's account relationships and recommends changes in policies and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance revenueSuggests changes for operational improvementComplies with Corporate Trust policy and procedures and business strategiesReviews legal documents of assigned accounts to determine terms, responsibilities and duties of the CompanyWorks independently with limited supervision from senior staff membersAdministers more complex accountsMeets with Clients regularly to review proposalsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below5+ Years of related experienceThorough knowledge of Corporate Trust laws requiredFinancial professional designation preferredProven sales ability, including successfully attracting new ClientsAttention to detailExcellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentationHigh performance standards for self and othersStrong execution skills and action orientedCritical thinker with flexibility and ability to think out of the box to provide solutions to meet a variety of business/market needsCompletion of a recognized certification program preferred prior to employmentPhysical Requirements:Domestic Travel – OccasionalInternational Travel – NeverPerforming sedentary work – ContinuousPerforming multiple tasks – ContinuousOperating standard office equipment - ContinuousResponding quickly to sounds – OccasionalSitting – ContinuousStanding – OccasionalWalking – OccasionalMoving safely in confined spaces – OccasionalLifting/Carrying (under 25 lbs.) – OccasionalLifting/Carrying (over 25 lbs.) – NeverSquatting – OccasionalBending – OccasionalKneeling – NeverCrawling – NeverClimbing – NeverReaching overhead – NeverReaching forward – OccasionalPushing – NeverPulling – NeverTwisting – NeverConcentrating for long periods of time – ContinuousApplying common sense to deal with problems involving standardized situations – ContinuousReading, writing and comprehending instructions – ContinuousAdding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing – ContinuousThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
