The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) plays a pivotal role in creating an engaging, high-performance work environment by aligning HR strategies with the business goals to support employee success. In this role, the Sr. HRBP provides expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations, ensuring that all initiatives enhance employee experience and contribute to their growth. A key focus is driving positive organizational change, fostering a culture of collaboration, and addressing employee concerns in a proactive manner. Through data-driven insights, the Sr. HRBP helps shape policies that promote employee engagement and retention while building strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the business. Serve as a strategic partner by aligning the people strategy with the business strategy. Leverage a deep understanding of the business and best HRBP practices to support and guide leaders in achieving their goals, offering expertise on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and organizational development.Change Management:

Lead efforts in managing changes and communication plans for the business unit. This includes changes in organizational design, leadership, reporting structures, and culture and talent-related initiatives and programs.Consultation:

Provide coaching and guidance to leaders as they navigate complex situations and prepare for future growth and challenges across the organization. Work with the HR team to analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, policies, and programs. Advise managers on employee relations matters such as performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.Talent Development & Engagement:

Develop and implement talent strategies that foster employee engagement and drive performance. Collaborate with leaders in areas such as performance, team culture, and engagement to build and sustain high-performing, scalable teams. Work closely with the Learning and Development team to identify development needs and reinforce learning.Service, Compliance & Risk Mitigation:

Identify and manage risks by ensuring knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Maintain a deep understanding of legal requirements concerning employee management, helping to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance. Handle complex employee relations issues.Interpersonal Skills:

Build strong relationships across all levels and teams, quickly adapting your approach to achieve organizational goals. Mentor and advise team members in supporting the business effectively.Leadership:

Provide direct supervision to assigned employees by monitoring daily activities, offering guidance and support, and promoting professional development to foster team growth and high performance.Other duties as assigned.Core ExpectationsCustomer Service:

Demonstrate and support Steffes Policies and Procedures by: using tact, sound judgement, and maintaining a professional attitude in communication and relationships with others; striving to deliver the best quality in daily work; promoting a positive image of Steffes and its products; being timely and punctual in attendance and following all policies and procedures.Job Requirements/QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration/management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.Proven track record of providing strategic HR guidance and solutions.Strong skills in strategic thinking, conflict resolution, and decision-making.Ability to use and analyze HR data to support talent strategies and decisions.Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.Ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.Proven hands-on attitude, flexible and adaptable.Possess strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of UKG HRIS or related HR technologies preferred.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances and policies.PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.Functional & Cognitive Requirements of PositionThis position requires walking, sitting or standing to a significant degree.Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 20 pounds.Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.Stooping, crouching, kneeling and bending.Handling, feeling, and gripping would be required for some activities.This role may be subject to internal and external environmental conditions.Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.Qualifications
