Creating products for a variety of vertical markets, including the U.S. Military.We provide “hydration for the human race” by building cutting-edge Active Hydration systems for active people doing active things.Born in Motorsports & Powersports, our products are now relied on by winning NASCAR, IndyCar, Trophy Truck, and other professional racing teams.As the SIOP Specialist at FluidLogic, you will be instrumental in optimizing our inventory management and supply chain operations. You will oversee the order pipeline, manage inventory in transit, coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and handle some aspects of raw material inventory. Your role will ensure that we maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

What You Own:

Order Pipeline Management:

Manage, track and monitor the order pipeline from sales forecasts to order fulfillment. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align inventory levels with customer demand and promotional activities.In-Transit Inventory Management:

Track and manage inventory in transit, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory records. Work closely with logistics partners to address any delays or issues that may arise during transit.3PL Location Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory stored at third-party logistics (3PL) locations, ensuring that stock levels are optimized for regional distribution. Conduct regular audits and coordinate with 3PL providers to address any discrepancies.Raw Material Inventory Management:

Assist in managing raw material inventory, ensuring materials are available to support production schedules. Work with procurement and manufacturing teams to forecast material needs and prevent shortages.Inventory Planning & Forecasting:

Develop and maintain accurate inventory planning models to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and minimize excess inventory. Use historical sales data, market trends, and new product launch timelines to inform planning decisions.Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock discrepancies. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve inventory management.Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, procurement, and logistics to ensure that inventory management aligns with overall business goals. Communicate inventory status and potential risks to stakeholders.Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and leverage new technologies to streamline operations.Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure that all inventory management processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field or relative years of experience.5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or a related role, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry.Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including order pipeline, in-transit inventory, and 3PL inventory management.Experience with raw material inventory management in a manufacturing environment is a plus.Proficiency in SAP inventory management software and advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a startup environment.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and manage multiple priorities.What we offer:
