Our HCM Product team is growing, and we're looking for a tried leader with Product Management experience to join us and support our continued success! We are continuing to build, innovate and grow our product to enable HR Teams to manage, nurture and grow their workers. We build our products using modern technologies, providing flexibility, ease-of-use, and delivery of insights. We are passionate about innovation both in our technology and tools, and also in how we work.About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management – HR Core to lead a team of inbound product managers, including product roadmap, design, and delivery of product as well as development and leadership of this highly collaborative, innovative and hardworking team. The HR Core product includes features that span the hire to retire staffing processes and other worker related data and reporting. Given the deep level of integration to other products, you will collaborate across application and tools teams that support a large number of live customers globally. You will help drive communications between product management, customers, and external partners. Collaborating with Services, you will promote and guide customers to solutions that increase their awareness, understanding and usage of Workday HCM, support strategic customers with critical issues, handling these through resolution, and take what you learn and share this back into our Product Management and Strategy teams. You will serve as a product champion externally, and voice of the customer internally, crafting a structure for continuous engagement between Workday and our customers.About You

7+ years of enterprise product management experience.5+ years guiding and inspiring a team of 5+ people.Knowledge of HCM Core enterprise applications, preferably HR Core.Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.Other Qualifications

Flexible, reliable, outgoing and has a positive work attitude.Experience working with clients and participating in customer-facing situations.Knowledge of Workday applications and frameworks.Knowledge of US Federal requirements desired.Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
